I really can't believe that it has only been one year. My first slam ever was the Bar13 Champion slam. My first time in Bar 13 was the same night and it was only a year ago. Technically a year ago tomorrow, but nevertheless it was a year ago. I guess I moved a bit quick, being that I am the Merch man already, but things happen the way they happen and questioning things is a bigger waste of time than avoiding them. That is just the way it is. Last night I was so super suprised and proud of one of my teachers, Roger Bonair-Agard. In the second or third round he did Song for Trent Lott, and a bunch of slammers in the back let out a huge sigh when he introduced the poem. It's like okay when he brings that one to table it is over for everyone else. It is a pretty sure hit, but in the last round, he didn't return to the political poem, the one without the metaphors. He didn't play a sure win and came with something that he maybe had only slammed once before. He really left a bunch of people suprised. I was suprised. He could've easily went with the poem that would gaurantee him a perfect 30, but instead he was brave, showed texans in brooklyn a pan minor or something, and scored a 29, winning him the slam. It was so perfect to win with a poem that was not a sure shot.
I enjoyed myself, but didn't sell much merchandise which upset me. I need to feed on the revenue. Some stratigic planning will bring fourth a stronger strategy for selling stuff at the table.

Jesus of Suburbia and Boulevard of Broken Dreams are two dope Green Day Tracks.
That was a big jump in subject but I was getting bored with the other one.
Garden State should be nominated for something in the Oscars. If Sophia Coppola can win best Screenplay for lost in translation then that Zach dude should win for Garden State. His Idea was far more better than hers.

I haven't seen a movie in a bit and there are a few that I am interested in seeing, but I don't want anymore dissapointments.

I have to learn how to cook more stuff. Pesto sauce, alfredo sauce, Primavera, and a few more styles. I must also make a great Eggplant Lasanga very soon. I love that stuff and I should be able to make the food that I love for myself and my loved ones.

I am sleepy, bored and tired right now. I gotta do something so I wont collapse at work. Espresso anyone? I don't think I want to OD on espresso again today, I'll have my regular amounts with a few refreshers here and there.
Well I'm off to the ungreat known. Did I get that wrong? No I didn't.
Hasta La Pasta.

Con tato, Chevere nice, Te gusto?
