My flight being later than most, I am found trying to kill time in an unfamiliar city. I had fun here, a few bad things, but the good overcame the bad. I love poets, they rock. I am glad that I will see my love soon and that makes me smile.
Earlier today I received a distressing call where I found out that my grandfather went through some pretty heavy surgery. My family hesitated on giving me details, so I am shaken up. I have stayed away from them because of religous dissapointment. They are full of faith and I was removed from their religion because I stoped believing. Tragic. My family didn't remove me but my guilt and fear of rejection pushed me away. The last thing I want is for my father to be ashamed of me. Very last thing acctually. They love me and even though I have been the most removed family member, I love them very much. They plead with me not disapear, but I grew up so removed. My mothers family isn't half as close as my father's.
I will deal with that when I get back.

I won't be going to 13 on Monday, I need so down alone time with the one who loves me. I need to see family, I have to work as soon as I get back. Just a few hours of sleep allowed.

I am glad that I was able to share such a powerful experience with so many. I was able to share a few words with the country, and some neighbors to the north. I don't really want to discuss any of the many controversies here, I am sure you will all hear about it. Being interrupted by a bar fight which started with someone trying to get someone else to respect the poet (me) and then trying to get back into the poem which became dedicated to the ignored at the back of the bar, really shook my chi. I came back though and earned so much love and respect from those watching. Danny Solis was really cool to me. So was L. Abdul-Kenyatta, who shared many hugs and jack daniel. There were many more whom I can't name in one post, but thanks to LA, Seattle, Eugene, Vancouver, Berkeley, Providence, Hollywood, Dallas, Texas as a whole, and St. Louis. They all made my experience all the more incredible. Thanks guys.

This has been great. Enough and back to NY.

Con tato, Chevere nice, Te gusto?
