Crash and burn. I hear my name, I walk on the stage, I begin, and I fall hard. I try to end it as if it was had really ended, but I didn't feel it. I know this damn poem I know it, but why are my segways between stanzas so screwed up in my mind. Cheat sheet works but I need to be able to do this.
Okay I am so over yesterday's flop, and it was in the NUYO during the open room and there were only about 3 people. In the crowd. The funny thing was that as I walked outside, I repeated the entire poem to myself flawlessly.
There is always tomorrow. Better get used to hearing it because ima do it more than a few times.

Besides that I had an awesome time yesterday. Even that was a great learning experience. It was my first attempt at reciting from memory, and I was glad the first attempt was over. A few weeks ago during the uppercase, Mr. Bonair-Agard walked off the stage because of the same reason. He later told me that my flash was not the culprit but it was his inability to remember the poem. At least I know that what happened to me last night was not something unique to me, but can get even the greatest of poets.

I have always had a desire to memorize my poems, and now team Acentos is my obligation to make sure that they will be down back to front, up to sideways.
The more I read platform pleas and the more that I compare it with other stuff I hear, leads me to love it more. That is always cool.

Weekend tricks have allowed me to enjoy them through the worst and best of circumstances. That is becoming to lift my weekend work spirits.
A cloud today made me punk out of my park, I should have went anyway, but I did want to take that nap in the work room. If I take a nap in the park I will probably not wake up in time to get to work in time. Those things just happen.

Free whiskey made the evening begin splendidly, and every other aspect of the night was incredible as well. Cold Stone Creamery was great. But I wish I could have gotten my Ice Cream for free two, but it was only right that he did. I mean he did flip for the cab.

Salon Lucero 2 and 4 are already in the making. I aleady have one definite confirmation one tentative, and I must make a few calls to get the other two. Because of no AC in my living room I will wait till the last week of September for the next one. I really don't want to sweat people out of my home so the wait should be well received. I also need to think of Nats and Dodge so the wait will be worth it. Stay tuned for more updates. Features will be announced sometime in July.

Enough... For now

Con tato, Chevere nice, Te gusto?
