Friday night rocked

Poetry is beautiful, and that was once again proved by Jess, Nina, and the rest of the Bluestocking girls. But even before the show, the food was great. Diablo Loco (really san loco) is great. Real mexican food is great. Its great to know that real beans are still made, and everyone doesn't follow G&G with their goya beans. Thank God.
I love meeting poets. Maybe its the sociological side of me, but its great to see so many different type of people with a common love. Cumbaya. Lol. The Galla's, were great. I like the format and ideas behind there routine. After that show I was very impelled to run out in the street and start singing "I'm just girl" by No doubt. Maybe even a spice girl song. Well maybe Kitty would be the better band. Then again I am liking the yeah yeah yeah's, thanks to the refference on Bonofide's page. The power of the blog. There are also a few movies that give me the girl power energy. I can't think of any at the moment but they are great movies. Maybe the 80's classic with Sara Jessica Parker, Helen Hunt, and a very young Shannon Daugherty, entitiled "Girls just want to have fun". "Girl fight", "Set it off", "First wives clubs", "A league of their own", and many many more.
Nina thank you for leading me to that wonderful bar. Whoa I had fun. The musical atmosphere was incredible. La samba, lambada, salsa, portiguez jazz. Umm and a lot of stuff that I didn't recognize. Oh and you can't forget outcast. "Ice cold"!
Mojitos for five dollars, girls from my past, and new great friends acting a fool with you, and Jess the tiny dancer. Lol. Salsa with Jess is like a well rehersed waltz. Perfect synchronizm. Is that a word? Oh well it is now.
Lets move on to Saturday. I worked. Nothing special. Finally caught Nemisis on cable. I was very sad to find out that Data died. Well he did it for his Captin. It was an uneventful evening but by no means boring. I had a great time just resting. Today will be the same. Gotta get home and catch the Sopranos. Its not tv. Its HBO. Lol

I am not sure of Spain anymore. Not because of me, but I don't know if people will feel comfortable going to that country in its curent state. I would go anyway, and feel safer now. The worst in that country happened already. What was safer than NYC on Sept 12, 2001? Even if we don't go I don't mind. I am happy whenever I spend time with her and the invitation alone was MINT.

Con tato, Chevere nice, Te gusto?
