This weekend was better than previous weekends. My great friend Jane LeCroy started me on a great weekend by inviting me and taking me to her show in Hoboken, NJ. It was in an incredible loft space, by the most confident person that I have met in my life. J.C. was an awesome host. Jane was the only vocalist in the show, everyone else made music. I mean they put together stuff that you wouldn't think could make music, and they made music. One girl made music with two gameboys. Two guys rigged old 8-track players with a whole bunch of buttons and strings and stuff to make the coolest, original sounds I have ever heard. This was a totally different venue and genre for me. It was an introduction to something great. It was a real jam session. Jane of course was as awesome as always. I saw a preview to what will happen in my apt on the 21st. It's gonna be something to catch. Music is life. "MUSIC IS A MORAL LAW. IT GIVES A SOUL TO THE UNIVERSE, WINGS TO THE MIND, FLIGHT TO THE IMAGINATION, A CHARM TO SADNESS AND LIFE TO EVERYTHING"
