A the things that I am missing.

I have gotten so much from so many loved people. I am so so happy that this X-mas went the way it did, and my first X-mas with Marisol, and my best ever. How sweet right. Yeah word.

Friday last minute shopping was excruciating but like Marisol said, "we survived it". Then it was off to Marisol's Uncle's house in elmhurst, where I enjoyed a great tour, great conversations, a great ham with awesome dope potatoes, and the illest dopest pastel en hoja that I have had the pleasure of eating. So at about midnight, we went back to the Bronx, picked up gifts and headed to my Tio's house, to have some more food,(not too much) and some nice drinks. Nice drinks. Oh and my Tia decided to give Mari, some more gifts (WInk). They both crazy ass women.

On Saturday we went to my friend Jay's house and had Duck Breast, Wild rice caserole, roasted nut loaf and some other great goodies. Our foods are so different but they are all so tasty. We both ate but only I was able to recognize taste because of Marisol's newly aquired Christmas cold. We left there and went tower records to buy the first DVD to be played on her one of the two new DVD players, she got for Christmas. So her mother and I didn't exactly synchronize our gifts. It's okay, she has two TV's. I made my first cup of Hot Chocolate for her and I watched Kill Bill 2 as she watched the inside of her eye lids. She is so lovely when she sleeps. I am happy, so so happy. I had two whole days off and I have one more coming up this Friday. Not to mention the fact that I only have three weekends left for my weekend retirement. WOW.
