Crazy nines

So the dominoe tournment wasn't really a tournment. It was a cool game though. I was super thrown off by all the numbers over six. The game was double nine. A game where everyone pulls ten and you have about 15 mysetery pieces. That wasn't easy at all. I was trained in the art of the double 6. To count nine pieces and to be blind to 15 pieces was just purpostorous. The shit was crazy damnit. It was fun though. My partner and I didn't win. Not a nice thing to say but it is the truth. We were short about twenty something pieces. I still had an awesome time. Reminds me how much I miss playing dominoes with a bunch of Dominicans. We said capicua. They taught me so much by taunting me. They showed me what dominoes was all about. The game of skill, of numbers, of paitence. The game of my youth. When I was about 15 years old I used to play dominoes in the back of a barbershop every day I would lose money at the shop, only to take my dominoes to school and win the money back at lunch time. It was fun. I always lost more than I won but I wasn't working yet and my money flow was steady, with no worries. Things have changed, haven't they? I still remember the "good ol' days".

They weren't heaven but just more carefree, even though my cares were never cheap.

Con tato, Chevere nice, Te gusto?
