The Weekend Edition.
The fall season is upon us. This means that networks display their best attempts to entertain us. Movie makers are also on the job to get Oscar Nods (not Bermeo) so we get to see some of the greatest films of the year. So you guys must've read Oscar's (now it is Bermeo) review of "The Forgotten". What he didn't say is that at one point, at one of the shocking parts of the movie, one Skinny, early teen, waspy girl, who was with a group of loud waspy early teenagers, Got up, and ran from the front isle all the way out of the Theater. She ran for dear mercy, with one loud ass scream. She ran and it was hilarious. I had no idea that OB was in the theater, but when I laughed at the young runner he heard me. He told me that he knew my laugh and for one split second was scared that there might be two of me in the world. It is a scary though huh. Or maybe OB's level of obsession has just overwhelmed him. Just joking. Guys it was funny and great to run into him. He was sporting a metro mustard J. Crew Blazer which was just fabulous. I tried it on and Marisol said that it looked great on me. We went over my Uppercase pictures and found every possible way to make fun of me in good humor. It was cool.
Okay the weekend was the weekend, we have established that. Nothing new and nothing great to type about. Only hard ass work. In every aspect hard work surrounds me. Like I really despise it. I know that some parts of me need it.
I am in a C train that smells like Bar 13
I missed Jane's show on Saturday, and that felt pretty lousy. I wanted to catch her show for a while. She has residency so it isn't such a loss, I'll just catch her next time. Her son Lazslo is such an amazing 1 year old. I love the way babies run to me, and smile at me. It is really awesome. I mean, no matter how I'm feeling one of those 410 Central Park West babies can always lift me. There are a few that always run to me. It is great having them around.
Fall foliage will take me soon. I anticipate that moment with great angst.
Pier 1 has already began to sell Christmas decor. I will have fun putting up the tree at Marisol's and trimming it with her. I am anticipating the whole Holiday season beginning with Thanksgiving. I know it is a bogus holiday, but hey so is X-Mas. I don't care where they came from it just feels good to celebrate. Family and friends. Everything is gold. Some silver but we don't discriminate.
My Tia Carol makes the most amazing stuffed mushrooms I have ever tasted. And stuffing, I love stuffing, inner and outer. I am also a cranberry sauce fan. Oh and Pernil. Okay typing like this I am not leaving any space for desert.
I have a huge Christmas list. It is a economical disaster. I didn't have as many friends last year, it was a lot easier. I guess it is better that way.
