Today's weather is tired, Fatigued, and un-ambitious.
Huh? Well I am just out of it. Not feeling too chipper, even after my morning shots. Oh well, guess I can't always be Mister Sunshine. But I'm not. Who Cares.
It's just of those days, where I just knew that getting out of the bed was my biggest mistake of the day. I just knew that I should have stayed firm under the comforter. The A/C was great this morning. By great I mean it was really cold, and my only comfort was the comforter (No pun Intended). I love those moments because they force me to stay in bed, in the comfort of my sheets, my pillow, my dreams. Sleeping heavy, without a worry or care. That is just impossible. It isn't going to happen. At least to know that I have the option of sleeping in or being productive, would be nice. The option, the power.
Busy Busy Busy, with my Uppercase coming soon, and a few other projects that I am working hard to complete. I see my dreams manifesting in front of me, but sometimes they all want to manifest at once. Okay I am always up for a challenge, but I don't know if my body is up for it too. I am a soilder, I think.
This moring Marisol put on Monster Mix MTV2 and N.O.R.E.'s Superthug was playing. That took me straight back to Highshcool. Then Shake Yo Ass was playing by that New Orleans dude that screams everything. The slam rapper. What was his name. Oh yeah Mistic Iced Tea or something like that. Oh well that song took me to 190 and Davidson Ave during the summer of 00' or something. I think, I don't remember the year but I remember the Hoochies shaking what they thought looked good. Marisol said that both songs took her back to Napster on the Vassar Campus. It is amazing how Music has the capability of time travel. Songs are the best ways to time travel. Well maybe not the best but top ten at least. I have to remember the impact the other five senses have. Photos, Aromas, etc.
So that was my not so random observation.
Pop music is dusturbing to me at times. But that is stupid because pop isn't really a genre. It is what happens to a song when too many people listen to it. But for the sake of this post, lets just say that it is a type of music. It sucks and I am getting upset by it. Oh and Maroon 5 is growing on me, but I still don't want to like them. And I will never pay for it.
That was useless...
