Que Lo Que.

Wow, I am kinda hyper numb right now. I don't have any particular emotion at the moment. Kinda Blah, but at the same time I have an incredible amount of energy without the use of stimulants.
I guess I have to take advantage of it while it is here, right?

Okay so on Friday I made;
Chicken Parmesan... With spaghetti and the best garlic bread and cheesy garlic bread in the world.
Oh and the sauce was made from scratch. Fudge a Prego or a Ragu, or any other second rate pasta sauce. This is the real deal, crushed tomatoes and all. The food was off the chain, and all for Marisol. Her mother got leftovers the next day and apparently she was impressed. That totally rocked. It felt good cooking for Mari, and it was something I haven't tried yet. Who knew that it would all come out so great. A little spicy but that was because I love spicy. Next time more garlic and less red pepper.

It is the second time that I cook for her and the results have been favorable, on both occasions. She cooked for me on the night that we went to see Elton. Wow Elton and great food.
So anyone who has any shareable recipes should email them to me, to help further my endeavors.

Saturday a new Shareholder at the building received a brand new flat TV from a family member as a house-warming gift. I try to help new residents as much as possible and I guess that I was rewarded when he chose to get rid of his old (which is that old) TV, to make space for the new one. How cool was that? Or Jay walking to the lobby as I was about to fall asleep with two cups of Ice Coffee. Or people who leave the building and ask me if I want something from the store. Or people who have an extra three slices of pizza and offer it to my hungry ass first. Or people who critique food and cook huge meals on Sundays, with my tummy in mind at all times.
These are the people that allow me to stay another weekend, every weekend. Sometimes the best thing is just a simple chat. Nothing more, nothing less. I feel blessed at times, but then again I don't believe in hole too much. Oh well.

Anyway, Enough for this second...

Con tato, Chevere nice, Te gusto?
