Last night was awesome!!!!!!!!! Really awesome.
I found out that people actually read this gibberish. I really thought that only one or two people read this. That might not be that far from the truth but hey you read me, you really read me.

Slowly but surely I feel my poetry evolving. It's taking shape and life. Form and figures that I wanted but didn't expect. I am happy. I also feel that I am becoming more dynamic with the crowd. My new challenge is to perform in a venue other than accentos. I love accentos but the truth is that i must learn how to do it to other crowds. I must learn to be able to feel as comfortable as I do in accentos, anywhere else. I am happy and hung over but I don't mind. It’s fun to work with a little buzz. Or the lingering buzz of last night. I didn't think that I would have made it through the day but I am now ready to go to school, so I made it and it wasn't that bad.

Anyway going back to yesterday’s poem, I really loved the fact that the mic was dead, because it really allowed me to show passion through my screams. My poem was about screaming so I think that I should have done it without the mic anyway.

The rest of my life is still extremely busy but I am finding ways to cope with it one task at a time. I am writing whenever possible, so I can still feel like a writer. I need to feel that I am creating beauty, to validate my life.

My party officially called "Salon Lucero" looks like its gonna be a big hit. I hope it is. Oscars help and suggestions are really helping me. Lets just see how it turns out and play it by ear.

Back to accentos, I just have to mention that during the break the free - session that took place outside with ephnik, was completely awesome and incredible at the same time. I tried but I don't make sense. Last night was really incredible.
I should not forget to mention that Bonofide Rojas was outstanding last night. He gave us a poem about Kurt Cobain that really made me shake. I mean I got genuine goose bump. He was awesome. He even did some last minute editing to my poem before I read. Gotta thank him for that.
Juan and Jessica were two examples of what poetry is and what it should be, and I always anticipate to hear them. Ephnik was hot as well. I love seeing new faces at accentos.
Everything was gold. I even bought bonafide's book. It was over priced but thats okay. I will just think that he owes me $5 for the rest of his life.

Umm did I cover everything. Who cares. Take it or leave it.

Con tato, Chevere nice, Te gusto?
